FAQ

What to expect: If you would like to meet with me our first meeting will be a consultation. This will provide you with a safe space to share your reasons for seeking coaching, counselling or psychotherapy. I will be open about my understanding of what you have shared with me and how we could work together. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.  If you decide that you would like us to work together we will agree a working contract and an initial time frame which can be reviewed at regular intervals.

Commitment: For Psychotherapy a 50 minute session at the same time each week is the norm. However longer sessions and more and less frequent sessions can be arranged subject to availability. Coaching sessions tend to be 90 mins and are usually on a fortnightly or monthly basis.

Confidentiality: What we discuss will remain confidential.  The exception to this is if I thought there was a genuine risk of harm to yourself or someone else. If this was the case I would be legally bound to disclose this to relevant professionals.
